I HIGHLY recommend 1-888-Dr. Waste! The owner Kris and his staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They responded to questions right away and accommodated our bin drop off and pick up schedule immediately. We had so much stuff to get rid of as we prepared to significantly downsize our home and the bin cost and dump fee was the best price we found by a long shot! Dr. Waste made the whole process so smooth and we are very grateful for the level of service provided. My husband and I cannot sing enough praises about this company! In the coming weeks, as we get set to help my senior citizen father sell the home he has lived in for over fifty years, we will be 100% be repeat customers! 1-888-DR WASTE is the best around for all your junk removal needs. Don't hesitate to use them. You won't regret it!

Amazing service. You couldn’t ask for anything more from a waste management company. I’ve used them multiple times and have no reason to consider anyone else.

I have hired ‘dr waste’ numerous times for the renovations I do. I called him for a favour for a friend who had to empty his ailing father’s house. It was a little out of their normal area but Chris came through and got them two bins dropped and picked up Ina timely manner and at an excellent price. Thanks for that.

I am the Show Chair for The Ottawa Kennel Club. We have contracted Dr. Waste over recent years to rent waste bins for our annual dog show in Richmond each May. Due to the positive interactions we have had with Amanda and also with the delivery team, we have not looked for service elsewhere since. Pricing is competitive, service is always positive and friendly and the process of contracting is efficient and seamless. Our club has developed a great working relationship with the Dr. Waste Team and highly recommend them to those in the community requiring this type of service. 5/5

I have used Dr. Waste for the past several years for waste disposal bins and soil and aggregate bins as well.

Being a medium sized deck and interlock company we need reliable service to both deliver and remove bins from clients properties on time and sometimes on very short notice.

Dr. Waste has been the reliable partner we need to keep things running smoothly and I would highly recommend Kris, Amanda and thier team for all your Waste disposal and soil bin needs.

Dr Waste was great! Our job was a bit messy and had been abruptly cancelled by another firm, so we were relieved when Dr Waste took it on. They didn't disappoint and we'd definitely call them again. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Dr Waste was hired to do the demolition of our kitchen and remove the ceramic tile throughout the main floor. They did a great job sealing off living areas from dust and blew through all the work in a day. Great job.

Chris and his team were amazing! Right from my original inquiry to follow up after service was complete. They worked so hard to remove furniture that was set in snow that other contractors would not even make an attempt to do or would entertai. They worked fast and were super friendly! They ensure not one piece of trash or paper was left after the job was finished. It was hard to find someone especially in the Arnprior area to even help out! I highly recommend this business for fast, efficient, cost effective removal of junk. Judging by the level of customer service I would imagine all services offered would deliver the same courteous, quality of service! I needed a miracle and they delivered it in time, fast and with a smile!

I've been a General Contractor for ten years and have used many debris removal companies in that time. I have never found one more reliable, responsive, or professional as Dr.Waste. Their bin response time and communication is phenomenal. I've never had issues with damage to driveways or lawns with the hundreds of bins I've rented.

I've also had the pleasure of working with their demolition team and have to say they are tidier than my own crews. The job sites were protected properly, dust was minimized, and their prices are competitive and fair for the unpleasant work I've asked them to do!

I've recommended them to dozens of clients so far and will continue to use them as long as I am in business!

Unmatched service, fair pricing, and a great company to deal with overall. Very happy with Kris and the whole team at Dr Waste! Thank you. Been using their services all summer on site at our custom built home and will continue to be a customer for our business as well.

Dr. Waste is an excellent service! They were contacted Thursday afternoon. I told Chris that I needed some garages cleaned out and they contained various items such as fridge, stove, filing cabinets, furniture and mattresses and box springs. He very clearly explained that the company would come to my area and would be able to get the work done. All other companies I contacted did not service my area so this made me very happy. I was so happy to hear that Dr. Waste would have their team load everything for me. This was what I needed. The price was very fair and the best of all the other companies I contacted. The great part was they could come the next day! Chris was so accommodating with my times and making sure there would be enough bins available so all the work could be done in one day!
Andy contacted me Friday morning and asked if they could come early. Even better news! Andy and Shane were totally professional. They were very pleasant men who worked very hard and very well together and non-stop the entire time. They were excellent packers and really filled the bins until they were completely full. They confirmed everything would be cleaned out the same day. They left and returned in half an hour to fill up the bins again. Andy and Shane made sure everything was completed beyond my expectations. I could not have been more pleased and it took even less time than I thought.
It is rare to have a company and workers offer such excellent customer service. Every single part of dealing with Dr.Waste was exceptional. In fact, I talked with Andy and Chris if they could do another job for me next week and they said yes.
Chris, Andy and Shane’s efforts were five stars. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. These gentlemen are great assets to the company. Thanks so much!
