Dr Waste was hired to do the demolition of our kitchen and remove the ceramic tile throughout the main floor. They did a great job sealing off living areas from dust and blew through all the work in a day. Great job.

Chris and his team were amazing! Right from my original inquiry to follow up after service was complete. They worked so hard to remove furniture that was set in snow that other contractors would not even make an attempt to do or would entertai. They worked fast and were super friendly! They ensure not one piece of trash or paper was left after the job was finished. It was hard to find someone especially in the Arnprior area to even help out! I highly recommend this business for fast, efficient, cost effective removal of junk. Judging by the level of customer service I would imagine all services offered would deliver the same courteous, quality of service! I needed a miracle and they delivered it in time, fast and with a smile!

I've been a General Contractor for ten years and have used many debris removal companies in that time. I have never found one more reliable, responsive, or professional as Dr.Waste. Their bin response time and communication is phenomenal. I've never had issues with damage to driveways or lawns with the hundreds of bins I've rented.I've also had the pleasure of working with their demolition team and have to say they are tidier than my own crews. The job sites were protected properly, dust was minimized, and their prices are competitive and fair for the unpleasant work I've asked them to do!I've recommended them to dozens of clients so far and will continue to use them as long as I am in business!

Dr. Waste is an excellent service! They were contacted Thursday afternoon. I told Chris that I needed some garages cleaned out and they contained various items such as fridge, stove, filing cabinets, furniture and mattresses and box springs. He very clearly explained that the company would come to my area and would be able to get the work done. All other companies I contacted did not service my area so this made me very happy. I was so happy to hear that Dr. Waste would have their team load everything for me. This was what I needed. The price was very fair and the best of all the other companies I contacted. The great part was they could come the next day! Chris was so accommodating with my times and making sure there would be enough bins available so all the work could be done in one day!Andy contacted me Friday morning and asked if they could come early. Even better news! Andy and Shane were totally professional. They were very pleasant men who worked very hard and very well together and non-stop the entire time. They were excellent packers and really filled the bins until they were completely full. They confirmed everything would be cleaned out the same day. They left and returned in half an hour to fill up the bins again. Andy and Shane made sure everything was completed beyond my expectations. I could not have been more pleased and it took even less time than I thought.It is rare to have a company and workers offer such excellent customer service. Every single part of dealing with Dr.Waste was exceptional. In fact, I talked with Andy and Chris if they could do another job for me next week and they said yes.Chris, Andy and Shane’s efforts were five stars. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. It was really awesome working with Dr. Waste. Right from my first contact, they responded very quickly by phone or text. The driver who delivered the dumpster was awesome, helping us place it in the most convenient location for our needs and leaving with a smile. Delivery was as promised, and they provided excellent advice about what could be included in the bin or not. They responded even on the weekend for a prompt bin removal. I highly recommend them :)

It is a scam, I ordered a bin for garden soil, at the time of bin delivery they told me to fill up the the middle at the metal bar. When they came to pick up, truck could not pick it up and asked to take almost all out so that the truck can pick up. After lot of issues back and forth they dump all of it and took the bin. I have pictures to prove if questioned. I PAID IN FULL though, dont pay them in advance if you ever end up doing business with them.Stay Away

I've always had the BEST service with Dr Waste. I've been using them for years anytime I have a big reno or clean up to do. They're always so accommodating...today after I got hit with a massive flood during the storm, Kris stayed late just to drop me off a bin so I wouldn't have my stuff sitting for the long weekend. Talk about going above and beyond!
