It was really awesome working with Dr. Waste. Right from my first contact, they responded very quickly by phone or text. The driver who delivered the dumpster was awesome, helping us place it in the most convenient location for our needs and leaving with a smile. Delivery was as promised, and they provided excellent advice about what could be included in the bin or not. They responded even on the weekend for a prompt bin removal. It is a scam, I ordered a bin for garden soil, at the time of bin delivery they told me to fill up the the middle at the metal bar. When they came to pick up, truck could not pick it up and asked to take almost all out so that the truck can pick up. After lot of issues back and forth they dump all of it and took the bin. I have pictures to prove if questioned. I PAID IN FULL though, dont pay them in advance if you ever end up doing business with them.

I've always had the BEST service with Dr Waste. I've been using them for years anytime I have a big reno or clean up to do. They're always so accommodating...today after I got hit with a massive flood during the storm, Kris stayed late just to drop me off a bin so I wouldn't have my stuff sitting for the long weekend.
